This year's dinner supports Save The Poudre.

The evening begins with live music, cocktail hour, a raw oyster bar and passed appetizers. With a view of the salmon baking over an open fire, join the community for a 4-course family style meal prepared by the Chefs of Jax with Horse & Dragon beer pairings or wine pairings. 

A free shuttle will be provided to the farm. 

Dinner takes place rain or shine and is 21+ only.

Vegetarian options will be available.
